SeeJob are a new enterprise that get people either into or back into work. Unlike other job clubs however SeeJob aim to find people work and careers that they can enjoy. For SeeJob it's not just about numbers and getting people out the door as quick as possible - there's a passion there to find people careers they can be inspired by and keep for the long term.

After the initial meeting with Jane and Andrew we came away with several ideas that wefixated on.

One was colour, another was passion and the final was positivity. It was pretty clear that both Andy and Jane have a great passion for doing what they do and are quite inspirational in their approach to finding people work. They do things differently, and quite rightly we wanted to create a brand that is also different.

Initially the spectrum represents positivity “seeing all the colours of the rainbow” if you will, but it also showcases a full range of colours the human eye can “see”, hence it’s use. The type used is laid back to allow the graphic to speak and yet makes it’s presence known by being in black rather than a colour.

We want this brand to be aspirational and to show people that SeeJob isn't a corporate number cruncher. It has real personality and drive and they want to find you a job as much as you do.

See Job are chuffed with their new brand and will start to roll it out in all it's forms over the coming months.

“There's only one Rich With! You are a star, thank you soooo much.  We're very excited about our new branding and we shall indeed shout from the rooftops of your skill!”

Jane Dring, SeeJob Club

We're really pleased with the brand we're creating with SeeJob, it's really going to get them noticed in Southend, which in turn will help them get more people into work. Great branding doesn't just boost your business it can really have a positive impact in the community.

Cheers!
